Duties of the President as stated in the SRC Constitution Section 9.1::
1. Convene and preside at all meetings of the SRC, the SRC executive committee and mass meetings of the Student Body.
2. Be an ex- officio member of all SRC standing committees.
3. Be responsible for overall co-ordination of the members of the SRC duties and functions.
4. Represent students at Academic Board, Council, Student Services and other relevant meetings.
5. Together with the treasurer and General Secretary shall be the official signatories of the SRC.
