Fort Cox Agriculture & Forestry Training Institute

The Engineering Workshop is a fragment of imagination by people and visionaries at Fort Cox.

In its previous barren days, the workshop with its old, outdated and non-functioning machinery
did not even a demarcation line, and thus, a modern working workshop had to be built from
scratch.

With the help of Aurelian Beneficial Trust, Barloworld and the Eastern Cape Department of
Agriculture, the institution has been able to achieve the objectives of getting machinery to ensure that the academic needs of the students are met,
The engineering Workshop is the epicenter of the whole institute, in essence it services all the
departments when the need arises.

There is a myriad of machinery and equipment used in this workshop, and these include with their functions.
